Money Room is an open-source algorithmic market prediction engine that provides simulated paper trading data, market analysis, and API access to market data. The Service is provided for educational and research purposes only.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, and prediction markets carries substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
All engine simulations use Kraken spot fees (0.26% taker + 0.16% maker + slippage model). Real exchange fees vary — Coinbase charges 0.60% + $0.99 minimum per trade. All metrics are from simulated paper trading with real Kraken fee assumptions.
Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) may require identity verification (KYC) where required by applicable law. The Free tier requires no KYC. We use LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record for tax compliance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Money Room be liable for any losses, damages, or trading losses resulting from use of the Service.
Subscription payments may be subject to tax reporting. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your tax obligations. LemonSqueezy handles VAT/sales tax compliance as Merchant of Record.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by Money Room and are protected by copyright laws. The source code is licensed under MIT License. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as permitted by the MIT License.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under EU or California law.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and understand your rights under GDPR (Arts. 15-22) and CCPA (§1798.100-1798.199), including access, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights.
